2024 Memorial Day Decorations Pickup
The cemetery caretaker has asked to have all items removed from the ground at the cemetery by Wednesday, June 12th, 2024. This is to prevent damage to items left at the gravesites and to equipment used to maintain the grounds. For questions, please contact the City Office at 785-890-4512.
Goodland Public Transportation – Van Maintenance – June 7, 2024
Transportation van will close at 1:00 PM Friday June 7 for maintenance. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the public transportation van should be back up and running on Monday, June 10, 2024 at the regular time.

8th St. between Montana and Syracuse (South of Wheat Ridge Acres) will be closed from 8:30am to 4:30pm on June 4th and 5th while some trees are being removed.

North Central Regional Planning Commission Housing Initiative
The North Central Regional Planning Commission, through its NCRPC Housing Initiative, is offering two pilot programs aimed at improving housing. The pilot programs include financial assistance for moderate-income housing rehabilitation and demolition of dilapidated residential structures. The progr
