Due to the weather, the transportation van will not be running at its scheduled time this morning. We will reevaluate the situation at 9am. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Public Transportation Delayed 02-16-23

Due to the snow fall last night, the Goodland Public Transportation bus will not be running until at least noon today. At noon, we will decide if the van will run at all for the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2023 Kansas Day Celebration at High Plains Museum

Electrical System Issues (Dec 13, 2022)

We are currently experiencing some electrical systems issues. These issues are stemming from issues originating in Nebraska and affecting our primary providers sub-station in Mingo. We are monitoring the situation and if there are more significant issues, our crews will run the City’s generation as needed.
