Pay Your Bill
Utility Bills are due on the 15th of the month or the first business day after if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday. Utility disconnects for non-pay are 10 days after the bill is due. Payments can be dropped off at 204 W. 11th St. inside the main doors in the slot to the right, the front desk during business hours, in the drop box located behind City Hall in the alley, or online. Online Payments may take a couple of days to process, please keep this in mind.
**Note** We have upgraded our utility billing system. To pay your bill and create your account, please go to https://cityofgoodland.frontdeskgworks.com/. This new system will be able to show your past usages and bills. You will receive an email from email@example.com to confirm your account.
The above link is the only approved online payment site. Please be advised that any other site may charge an additional processing fee and may not be able to guarantee that your payments will be received on time.
Please have your account number and payment amount available.
