Tract 1: Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), Block Seventeen (17), First Addition; and
Tract 2: Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6), Block Seventeen (17), First Addition to the City of Goodland, Kansas.
Offers to purchase are to consist of the price for Tract 1, Tract 2, or both and be submitted by way of sealed offer to the City Clerk’s office. All proposals must include a housing plan for development, value of the home being constructed and a schedule of time allotted for construction.
