The Caldwell Avenue cost share street project is set to begin this coming Wednesday, September 18, 2024. The project is primarily funded by a Kansas Department of Transportation cost share grant. The street project is a mill and overlay of the two driving lanes from 10th St. to 17th St. In addition, the entire intersection at each cross street will be mill and overlay with fresh asphalt. Bettis Asphalt is the contractor and the project will be completed by September 27. Be aware of traffic patterns being diverted during the project.
