The City of Goodland has received calls from customers that have received calls from either an automated system or an individual claiming that your utilities are about to be disconnected.
They are threatening to disconnect your service immediately, OR are asking you to pay cash to a payment center, or meet you somewhere. This is not how the City does these transactions.

The City of Goodland will NEVER call and ask you to pay your bill.
The City of Goodland will NEVER call and request immediate payment. You will receive multiple written notices before disconnection.
