The City Commission is seeking public input on a proposed ordinance relating to off-street parking in the City.  A vote on this ordinance is scheduled for October 1, 2018 at the regular City Commission meeting at 5:00pm at City Hall, 204 W. 11th St.  The public can provide input at this meeting, or by emailing the City Commission at commissioners@goodlandks.gov.  The full text of the proposed ordinance and PDF are provided below.  Physical copies of the proposed ordinance can also be obtained at City Hall during regular business hours.

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING OFF-STREET VEHICLE PARKING AND STORAGE; ESTABLISHING MATERIAL STANDARDS FOR PARKING SURFACES AND ESTABLISHING OUTSIDE PARKING MAXIMUMS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the official City newspaper.
