A RESOLUTION OUTLINING RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN RECORDS FOR THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Goodland, Kansas have a guideline for a minimum record retention schedule for certain records of the City of Goodland, and:
WHEREAS, the attached schedule labeled CITY OF GOODLAND RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE be used as a guideline for retention of records by the City of Goodland, Kansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS:
That the attached schedule labeled CITY OF GOODLAND RETENTION SCHEDULE be designated as the minimum retention schedule for certain city records.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2025 by the Governing Body of the City of Goodland, Kansas.
