ORDINANCE NO.1822
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
OPERATION OF AN APARTMENT ON CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS, UNDER THE AUTHORITY GRANTED BY THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS.
SECTION 1. That having received a recommendation from the Planning Commission, and proper notice having been given and hearing held as provided by law and under the authority of and subject to the provisions of the City of Goodland Zoning Regulations a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of an apartment is hereby approved
subject to the following conditions:
The conditional use permit is not transferrable upon sale of the property.
SECTION 2. That this conditional use permit shall be valid for property legally described as follows:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO. C2026-01
2ND ADDN TO GOODLAND, BLOCK 43, Lot 4 – 6.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption by the City Commission and publication in the official city newspaper.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the City of Goodland, Kansas, on this 15th day of June, 2026.
