BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 15-214 of the Goodland Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 15-214. – Issuance of permit.
A permit shall be issued by the building inspector after the inspector has determined that the applicant has complied with the terms of this article and paid all fees hereinafter specified. The fees for the permits for the construction of the driveway approaches provided for herein shall be issued for each location wherein such work shall be done. The permit shall be obtained for the cost of $2.00 per opening, plus a cost of $3.00 per lineal foot for the cost of cutting the existing curb when the City Street Department performs the cutting of the curb. When the Contractor or owner perform the curb cut there will be fee of $15.00 for the permit regardless of length and number of openings.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the official City Newspaper.
