ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS A. Ordinance 1770 – amending the text for Chapter 19 Section 452 “R-1” Residential Single Family District reducing Lot Size Minimums, Establishing Design Standards, Establishing New Setbacks include the permitted and conditional uses within the District Regulations. B. Ordinance 1774 – amending the text for Chapter 19 Section 453 “R-2” Residential – Multifamily District reducing lot size minimums, establishing design standards, establishing new setbacks, including the permitted and conditional uses within the district regulations. C. Ordinance 1775 – amending the text for the “C-2” Central Business District to be renamed to “D-MU” Downtown Mixed Use District D.
