RESOLUTION NO. 2026-21
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS TO THE PUBLIC:
WHEREAS, Golden Waves Grain, LLC and Twenty-first Century Bean Processing, LLC, have presented to the Governing Body of the City of Goodland, Kansas, a certain Plat of GOLDEN WAVES FIRST ADDITION, being a replat of Block 3, Goodland Industrial Park to the City of Goodland, Sherman County, Kansas, said plat covering the following described real estate, to-wit:
Block 3, Goodland Industrial Park to the City of Goodland, Sherman County, Kansas
all situated in the City of Goodland, County of Sherman, State of Kansas, to be known as the
GOLDEN WAVES FIRST ADDITION
being a replat of Block 3, Goodland Industrial Park to the City of Goodland, Sherman County, Kansas
WHEREAS, the said plat has been recommended by the City Planning Commission and approved by the City Attorney, as required by law, and application having been made for the approval by the Governing Board of the City of Goodland, Kansas, and said Governing Body having found said plat to be legal and conforming with the statutes in such matter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS, that the City of Goodland hereby approves said plat and dedication and that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to endorse on said plat the approval herein set forth.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Governing Body of the City of Goodland, Kansas this 19th day of October, 2026.
