ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS A. Public Hearing – relating to the proposed issuance of Taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds (Golden Waves Grain) in a principal amount of approximately $225,000,000 (the “Bonds”) and in regard to an exemption from ad valorem taxation of property constructed or purchased with the proceeds of such Bonds. B. Resolution 2026-11 – Amending and Restating Res. 2026-10 which determined the advisability of issuing taxable Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRB’s) for the purpose of financing the acquisition, construction and equipping of a flour mill, bakery and wheat delivery system facility to be located in Goodland.
