AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT FOR CHAPTER 19 SECTION 705 OFF STREET PARKING REQUIRED SPACES WITHIN THE ZONING REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Goodland Planning Commission has recommended amending the text of 19-705 of the Zoning Regulations for the City of Goodland
WHEREAS, the Governing Body finds it is in the best interest of the City to adopt the amendments to text for 19-705 of the Zoning Regulations of the Municipal Code for the City of Goodland
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS:
Section 1. The City of Goodland Code 19-705 will be amended to read as follows:
Sec. 19-705. – Off street parking required spaces.
