Presentation on Housing discussion interviews with Community Matters, Inc. Staff will go over a presentation completed by Community Matters reviewing the topics brought up in the housing discussion interviews and going over the preparations for the joint meeting with the City Commission on January 29. Main goal of the project is to identify any possible changes to the city code that could facilitate new or additional housing in the City of Goodland. Staff will also request Planning Commissioners to complete a Housing Needs worksheet at the meeting.
