RESOLUTION NO. 1615 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS REGARDING THE GOVERNING BODY’S INTENT TO LEVY A PROPERTY TAX EXCEEDING THE REVENUE NEUTRAL RATE; WHEREAS, the Revenue Neutral Rate for the City of Goodland was calculated as 43.183000 mills by the Sherman County Clerk; and
