ORDINANCE NO.  1635

 

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS OR DISTRICTS OF CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS, UNDER THE AUTHORITY GRANTED BY THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS ZONING REGULATIONS.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GOODLAND, KANSAS.

 

SECTION 1.  That having received a recommendation from the Planning Commission, and proper notice having been given and hearing held as provided by law and under the authority of and subject to the provisions of the City of Goodland, Kansas Zoning Regulations, the zoning classification or districts of the lands legally described hereby are changed as follows:           Case No.  010612

 

 

Zone change from the R-1 (Residential – Single-Family and Two-Family District) to C-2 (Downtown Business District) for property legally described and generally located as follows:

 

The North One Hundred Fifteen Feet (N 115’) of Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Sixty-one (61), Subdivision of Blocks of the Original Town of the City of Goodland, Kansas, known as 223 East 10th Street.

 

SECTION 2.  That upon the taking effect of this Ordinance, the above zoning changes shall be entered and shown on the “Official Zoning Map” previously adopted by reference, and said official zoning map is hereby reincorporated as a part of the Zoning Regulation as amended.

 

SECTION 3.  That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption by the City Commission and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Goodland.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Governing Body of the City of Goodland, Kansas this __6__ day of August 2012.
