Mayor John Garcia called the meeting to order with Vice-Mayor Aaron Thompson, Commissioner Jay Dee Brumbaugh, Commissioner J. J. Howard and Commissioner Gary Farris responding to roll call. 

Also present from the City were Kenton Keith – Director of Streets and Facilities, Danny Krayca – Director of Parks, Joshua Jordan – IT Director, Shauna Johnson – Deputy City Clerk, and Alan Lanning – City Manager.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

1. Under the authority of KSA 75-4319 (b)(1) for personnel matters for nonelected personnel – Mayor Garcia made a motion at 5:01 p.m. to recess into executive session under authority of K.S.A.75-4319 (b)(1) for personnel matters for nonelected personnel not to exceed ten minutes.   I request only the Commission be present. Commissioner Thompson seconded the motion.  MOTION carried by a VOTE of 5-0.  Meeting resumed at 5:11 p.m.  Mayor Garcia made a second motion at 5:13 p.m. to recess into executive session under authority of K.S.A.75-4319 (b)(1) for personnel matters for nonelected personnel not to exceed thirty minutes.   I request the the Commission and City Manager be present. Commissioner Farris seconded the motion.  MOTION carried by a VOTE of 5-0.  Meeting resumed at 5:43 p.m.  Mayor Garcia made a third motion at 5:44 p.m. to recess into executive session under authority of K.S.A.75-4319 (b)(1) for personnel matters for nonelected personnel not to exceed thirty minutes.   I request the Commission and City Manager be present. Commissioner Howard seconded the motion.  MOTION carried by a VOTE of 5-0.  Meeting resumed at 6:14 p.m.  Mayor Garcia made a fourth motion at 6:16 p.m. to recess into executive session under authority of K.S.A.75-4319 (b)(1) for personnel matters for nonelected personnel not to exceed twenty minutes.   I request the Commission and City Manager be present. Commissioner Farris seconded the motion.  MOTION carried by a VOTE of 5-0.  Meeting resumed at 6:36 p.m. 

ADJOURNMENT WAS HAD ON A MOTION Vice-Mayor Brumbaugh seconded by Commissioner Farris.  Motion carried by unanimous VOTE, meeting Adjourned at 6:38 p.m.
